Our Mission
Our mission is to relieve poverty amongst families and individuals within the Borough of Stockport by providing good quality re-used furniture and household items to those deemed to be in need of such items. We aim to turn their accommodation into a home, allowing them the opportunity to establish a more stable, healthy and independent lifestyle.
Our Aims
- Provide training opportunities and work placements
- Help to reduce environmental pollution by collecting and re-using items that would otherwise have ended up in landfill.
- Encourage the general public to donate unwanted household items, ensuring they help both their neighbours and the environment.
- Treat everyone fairly and equally, without bias or preconceived ideas.
